Quang Binh is supported VND7.5 billion to expense upgrade Dong Hoi city as a second-grade urban area

Specifically, Quang Binh Province is received VND7.5 billion to expense upgrade Dong Hoi city as a second-grade urban area; Thai Binh Province is received VND7.5 billion to expense upgrade Thai Binh city as a second-grade urban area and Dong Thap Province is received VND5 billion to expense upgrade My Tho town as a fourth-grade urban area.
Reportedly, The Prime Minister has recognized of Dong Hoi city (Quang Binh Province) as a second-grade urban area under the Decision No.1270/2010/QD-TTg dated July 30, 2014; Thai Binh city (Thai Binh Province) as a second-grade urban area under the Decision No.2248/2013/QD-TTg dated Dec 12, 2014 and Minister of Construction has recognized of My Tho town (Cao Lanh district, Dong Thap Province) as a fourth-grade urban area under the Decision No.1052/2014/QD-BXD dated Aug 26, 2014.
