Offered incense at the monument of Ba Doc Martyrs' Cemetery
Present at the event were Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Dang Quang; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council; member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, National Assembly Delegation and Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee together with representatives of departments and branches, among others.

Incense-offering ceremony at the Ba Doc Martyrs' Cemetery
At the incense-offering ceremony, provincial leaders struck the bell, laid a wreath, offered incense and observed a minute of silence in tribute to heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause of independence and liberation of the fatherland.
After that, provincial leaders and others burnt incense at martyrs’ tombs to express their gratitude.
This is an annual meaningful activity of the Party Committee, authorities and people of Quang Binh province, expressing their deep gratitude to heroic martyrs who laid down their life for the independence and freedom of the motherland.
