Quang Binh prepares for Cave Festival from August 14 to 20

Besides, the Cave Festival will hold a range of exciting activities, such as exploring the 4.5 kilometer long Phong Nha Cave and the 6 kilometers long Dark Cave, as well as boat racing on the Chay River.

Specially, many famtrips (trips for travel agents and journalists) have also been organized around the festival to showcase the beauty of the caves to investors in the country and around the world.
Reportedly, Quang Binh now has 268 accommodation facilities, including 60 hotels and 25 travel companies, of which, there are three international tour operators.
The Cave Festival aims at promoting values of the world’s natural heritage, especially unique values of cave system in Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, contributing to attracting domestic and foreign investors and tourists to Quang Binh.
