Concretely, Quang Binh province has given a support of VND480 million to buy health equipment for the Lang Khang medical station of Khammouane province; build the Quang Binh - Khammouane friendly school with more than VND23 billion and the Quang Binh - Savannakhet friendly kindergarten with over VND10 billion.

Besides, Lao provinces have given a support from the Provincial Military Headquarters with VND6.23 billion, the Provincial Border Guard Headquarters with VND2.37 billion, the Provincial Public Security Department with VND6.82 billion...

In addition, Quang Binh province has also received and created conditions for more than 134 Lao students who are studying at the Quang Binh University and the Provincial Health Secondary School; appointed 3 teachers to teach Lao ethnic minorities in Khammouane province.

On the other hand, the province has also boosted a friendly relation and cooperation in the fields such as organizing activities to promote tourism in Khammouane, Savannakhet and northeastern provinces of Thailand to form an international tourism network in the Greater Mekong Sub-Region; opened international tours to Laos such as Dong Hoi - Thakhek - Bolykhamxay, Dong Hoi - Savannakhet, Dong Hoi - Vientiane; carried out the project of building a bonded warehouse and oil pipeline from Hon La seaport (Quang Binh) to Khammouane province...

In the coming time, Quang Binh will continue promoting diplomatic activities, strengthening exchanges and comprehensive cooperation in economy, culture and tourism; boosting traditional relation and friendship with Lao provinces on the basis of holding fast to national independence, sovereignty and security.
