Considerably, beach activity has returned to normal; many restaurants along Nhat Le beach have welcomed guests to enjoy seafoods and taste dishes, contributing to bring joyful signals for tourism sector in the province.

People respond to the week of beach vacation to promote tourism at Nhat Le beach

In order to achieve this result, tourism sector has made a lot of comprehensive measures, of which focusing on advertising safe beach for local people and tourists to feel secure while swimming and tasting offshore seafoods.

Besides, the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism in coordination with related agencies successfully organized the Week of Beach Vacation to promote tourism at Nhat Le beach (from May 25th to 30th), attracting participation of over 10,000 people, helping relieve the worries of local people and tourists on quality of sea water.

Otherwise, tourism sector has also speeded up tourism stimulus program in 2016 with a focus on a 30% cut in entrance fees at tourism destinations such as Phong Nha cave, Tien Son cave and Thien Duong cave for tourists who stay at Quang Binh; a 20-40% discount at accomodation establishments; a 10-20% cut in price at restaurants.

Besides, tourism sector has organized tourism promotion activities, coordinated with travel agencies to carry out destination surveys in the province and strengthen tourism linking with provinces and cities that signed tourism development and cooperation program with Quang Binh tourism sector.

Expectedly, the number of tourists to Quang Binh in July and August is estimated to achieve and exceed the plan against the same period of 2015.

In order to complete the plan, in the coming time, Quang Binh tourism sector needs to have specific actions and effective tourism promotion program to draw visitors during tourism season 2016.
