They included the Dong Hoi city sustainable environmental project; the dam safety improvement project of Quang Binh province; the local bridge construction and road asset management project and the basic infrastructure project for comprehensive development in the central provinces of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Quang Tri.

Duc Ninh waste water treatment plant is funded by ODA capital

So far, the province has attracted 21 ODA projects with a committed capital of more than US$110 million.

Generally, the projects have implemented as scheduled goals and progress, contributing to improving the local people's life, narrowing the gap between the regions, creating favorable conditions for goods exchange and economic development in the far-flung and remote areas in order to gradually help the province escape poverty and achieve the national average level.
