Domestic budget revenue achieved more than VND1,032 billion
Many revenues achieved highly, such as revenue from non-state industry, trade and service (VND191.5 billion, reached 106.4% of the plan); revenue from registered fees (VND52.5 billion, reached 131.4% of the plan); revenue from fees and charges (VND22.8 billion, reached 103.9% of the plan); revenue from land use fees (VND266.8 billion, reached 132% of the plan) and revenue from personal income tax (VND19.3 billion, reached 241.8% of the plan), … Meanwhile, revenue from state enterprises only reached 70% of the plan; revenue from foreign-invested sector reached 78% of the plan and other revenue reached 82% of the plan. There were 617 localities completing budget revenue; some localities reached rate of high revenue, such as Le Thuy, Dong Hoi, Quang Ninh and Tuyen Hoa.
