More than VND300 billion offered socio-economic development in communes 135

The province currently has 44 communes and 27 villages sharing especially difficult circumstances benefited from the Programme 135 with 40,623 households and 167,944 persons (in which 13,672 poor households, making up 21.02%; ethnic minority people 5,320 households with 22,496 persons).
After five years of being benefited from the Programme 135, the life of people has considerably improved. Through source of supporting capital, the people have raised their knowledge, learnt about technical advances, changed plant and breeding structure, contributing to improve productivity and output.
At present, 94.3% of communes is connected national grid with 84% of households using electricity. Rate of poor households in especially difficult communes decreases from 61.57% in 2011 to 21.02% in 2015, surged by 4%/year.
