Although the time for experimental exploitation was relatively short and the exploitation efficiency was still low; the tourism product to explore the Valley of Gao Forest - O Ro Cave and Hoan My Cave brought significant socio-economic benefits. The revenue from selling tours reached over VND 113 million; it created jobs for at least 10 local workers who directly participated in serving sightseeing tours with a relatively stable income, their monthly average salary was VND 4 million per person. In addition, some of other services in the region were also developed such as the supply of goods, food, restaurants and hotels to serve the needs of tourists. These activities have helped the local workers gradually improve tourism service skills more professionally; simultaneously, change their awareness and understanding about the values of world natural heritage; thereby they have a good sense of environmental protection, natural resources, etc.
