The official groundbreaking ceremony for the project implemented by leaders

The project of B&T wind farm cluster (including BT1 wind power farm and BT2 wind farm) is invested by B&T Wind Power Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of AMI AC Renewables Joint Stock Company (Philippines), with the total investment of nearly 7,000 billion VND, of which: BT1 wind farm in Quang Ninh district has the capacity of 109.2 MW (26 turbines) with the investment capital of more than 3,600 billion VND; BT2 wind power farm in Le Thuy district has the capacity of 100.8 MW (24 turbines) with the investment capital of more than 3,200 billion VND. The project is divided into 03 main packages: including the package of the provision, transport and operation of 50 turbines within 20 years implemented by VESTAS (Demark); the package of the construction of the operating office, the turbine foundation, the internal road and the 33KV medium-voltage line performed by FECON Joint Stock Company (Vietnam); and the package of construction of 02 substations and 220KV transmission line carried out by V.Tech Co., Ltd (Vietnam). It is expected that the project will be completed and put into operation in the third quarter of 2021. The project will supplement the local electricity sources, ensure national energy security, create more jobs, increase budget revenues, and contribute to the province's socio-economic development. In addition, it will create a tourism highlight and increase the province’s prestige in attracting major investors to Quang Binh.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his thanks to the government, ministries and central branches for supporting and creating advantageous conditions for the investor to complete legal procedures before constructing the project; and the investor, AMI AC Renewables Joint Stock Company, for investing it in the province. In particular, he welcomed and highly appreciated the determination; urgent, serious and professional working attitude of B&T Wind Power Joint Stock Company; simultaneously, he praised the attempts and efforts of related departments, agencies and localities in the province that created many favorable conditions for B&T Wind Power Joint Stock Company in implementing the project. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee pledged to always stand side by side with B&T Wind Power Joint Stock Company, create the most favorable conditions to promptly solve the difficult problems for the project to be completed and put into operation soon in the coming time. Along with that, he also requested the Department of Industry and Trade; the People's Committees of Le Thuy and Quang Ninh districts; the People's Committees of communes in the project area; related departments, sectors and localities to uphold their responsibilities with the spirit of "The investor's job is also his/ her job", creating the best conditions for investors to implement the project; promptly remove difficulties; ensure security and order in the project implementation area; B&T Wind Power Joint Stock Company tries to overcome adverse weather conditions, concentrate all resources to implement the project to ensure its progress; during the construction process, it is necessary to ensure the techniques, work quality, labor safety, environment, and have good relationship with the community in the project area; coordinate with relevant agencies and units to ensure social order and safety, and at the same time ensure the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic in the project area ...

B&T Wind Power Joint Stock Company deducted 1 billion VND from 02 BT1 and BT2 scholarship funds to award to Quang Ninh and Le Thuy districts

On this occasion, B&T Wind Power Joint Stock Company deducted 1 billion VND from 02 scholarship funds from BT1 and BT2 scholarship funds to award to Quang Ninh and Le Thuy districts. These scholarship funds has established at the beginning of the project and will be supplemented annually.
