Approving and receiving aid sponsored by the United Nations Development Program to respond to natural disasters in Vietnam
The Provincial People's Committee requires the grant holder (Department of Planning and Investment) to coordinate with UNDP in implementing tasks in accordance with the committed and approved project’s contents; closely coordinate with the Provincial Police and local authorities in the process of implementing activities within the scope of the project.
In the implementation process, the Department of Planning and Investment cooperates with the People's Committee of Le Thuy district and the beneficiary communes to select households to benefit from the project in accordance with the criteria to ensure publicity, transparency, and avoid complaints; record the information about outgoing and incoming delegations, specific implementation plans to report to the Provincial Police, Department of Foreign Affairs and beneficiary local authorities before carrying out project activities in the locality, strictly complying with regulations on the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic; only the approved contents are allowed to implement, in case of any adjustments or additions, they must be reported and approved by the competent authority before implementation; strictly comply with current regulations on receipt, management and use of foreign non-governmental capital...
