Bird-nest restaurants new feature in Quang Binh eco-resort
The site in Bo Trach District, some 10km far from Phong Nha-Ke Bang tourism centre, is situated between two limestone moutains and lies in a valley which is home to a numerous lakes, rivers, streams and waterfalls.
Visitors can hang up hammocks under trees to enjoy the fresh air and sounds of nature. In particular, they will have a chance to see the new “bird-nest restaurants” on the site, hung over old trees, around 5m above stream. The restaurants are made from environmentally-friendly materials such as bamboo and palm trees.
To date, two such restaurants kind have been put into operation in the resort, with the capacity of 10 customers each. The restaurants are conducive to family gatherings or groups of travellers who enjoy the open air.
The resort expects to build three more “bird-nest restaurants” in the coming time.
