On the afternoon of December 30, Quang Binh Tourism Promotion Information Center coordinated with Phong Nha - Ke Bang Tourism Center to organize the 2024 tourism culinary festival.

At the festival held at Phong Nha - Ke Bang Tourism Center, 16 food and beverage service and tourism businesses in Quang Binh province competed and demonstrated their own unique culinary features.

During the 60 minutes, each team will prepare 2 dishes, including 1 signature dish of the unit and 1 appetizer or dessert. The teams will also present the preparation method and the meaning of the dish within 3 minutes.

The Quang Binh Tourism Culinary Competition 2024 is one of the activities to create a playground for chefs to show off their talents and cooking techniques; improve skills and quality of culinary activities serving tourism activities.

Thereby, promoting the movement, improving, innovating and developing food processing skills; improving the quality and professional value for workers working at tourism service establishments.
