Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee decided to support VND12 billion for localities and units to develop agricultural production for Spring-winter crop of 2015-2016 and agro-forest and fishery production in 2016, in which, VND600 million is given to convert from inefficient rice land to other cultivated land; VND100 million to convert from inefficient rice land to maize cultived land; VND150 million to associate production according to the model of four-players collaboration (also known as the Big Field Model) on rice and maize crops; VND350 million to support prices for rice varieties; VND400 million to support for agricultural production with high quality; VND3,778 to support animal husbandry, VND700 million to forestry; VND250 million to build programs and projects on agriculture and rural development; VND750 million to carry out inspection of quality and safety of food hygience; VND850 million to support fishery exploition, etc.

The Provincial People's Committee asked beneficiaries to have responsibility to manage and use the expenditures effectively; related agencies to instruct and supervise the implementation of policies and financial management system according to the regulations.
