In 2016, VND2.5 billion in taxes collected from industrial clusters

 (Quang Binh Portal) - According to the list of industrial clusters approved by the Governement until 2020, the whole province has 36 industrial clusters with a total area of land use of 604 hectares.

So far, 9 industrial clusters have been established and planned in details, including the four completed industrial clusters with the occupancy rate of 100%, namely industrial clusters of Thuan Duc, Canh Duong, Phu Hai, Tan Son and the five industrial clusters, which are being constructed infrastructure, namely industrial clusters of Bac Nghia, Nghia Ninh, Quan Hau town, Luu Thuan and Yen Hoa, etc.

Currently, the industrial clusters has attracted 115 investment projects. In 2015, there were 107 projects, including 86 projects putting into operation with a total investment of VND170 billion, creating stable jobs for 1,100 people; industrial production value reached VND95 billion.

In 2016, other eight projects have registered operation in the industrial clusters with a total investment of nearly VND10 billion; industrial production value was an estimation of VND100 billion, VND2.5 billion in taxes have been collected here.

Generally, business activities in the industrial clusters are mainly art carpentry, carpentry, bamboo and rattan products,welding mechanics , aluminum and glass, auto repairing, ceramic manufacturing and unbaked building materials, etc.

In the furture, all levels, agencies and locals would continue taking advantage of all sources of capital to construct infrastructures in the industrial clusters, strengthen investment attraction... contributing to improving efficiency of business and production activities.
