Recognition of Song Trung temple as a provincial-level historiccal relic aims to preserve and uphold material and spiritual values of the celebrities in the cause of building and protecting the motherland, and exploit the values to serve the strategy for tourism industry's development, contributing to promoting socio-economic development of the province.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee strictly banned construction and exploitation in the relic's protected area. In case of using land in the scope of the historical-cultural relic and landscapes, it must be permitted in document by the provincial People's Committee.

Besides, the provincial People's Committee also asked the Quang Trach district People's Committee, the Phu Hoa commune People's Committee, the Department of Culture and Sport to implement State management rights for the historical relic of Song Trung temple in accordance with the law.

Until now, there are 9 relics recognised as provincial-level historical relic and 3 relics recognised as national-level historical relic in Quang Trach district.
