However, some bad incidents and low quality services such as “tight guillotine”, theft of assets of tourists, disturbance of security and order at tourism sites, railway stations and coach stations… have not still been controlled yet, especially in tourism season. These problems have being impacted to environment and tourism image of the province.

In order to effectively implement information supply and coordinating support tourists in the province, the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism has recently issued Decision No. 106/QĐ-SVHTTDL, dated June 17, 2016 on issuing the operational Plan coordinating support tourists in the province.

Accordingly, the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism will establish a division of information to assist tourists, aiming to provide tourist information and advices for tourists, helping tourists learn about culture, history, transport, destinations and services, meeting the diversified demands of tourists and connecting coordinating activities in tourism support between related agencies, localities and organizations on receiving the queries of tourists and answering feedbacks to tourists, contributing to minimize bad incidents in tourism in the province.

Quang Binh Travel Information and Promotion Center will directly receive and answer visitors’ calls. Through the hotline phone number (052) 3833.399 or (052) 3503.399, tourists coming to Quang Binh will be supported for tourist information, reflect on the quality of tourism services or asked for help in an emergency if something goes wrong in the province.

In case Quang Binh Travel Information and Promotion Center can’t satisfy visitors’ queries, these questions will be transferred to relevant authorized agencies in Quang Binh Province to be handled in the shortest time, ensuring healthy tourism environment, safe for guests.

The operational Plan coordinating support tourists aims to strengthen responsibility in consulting, supporting and providing tourist information for tourists, improve quality of tourism services, build trade name for destinations, contributed to developing civilized tourism environment, forming an attractive, safe and friendly destination image.
