In order to uphold the obtained results in 2008, the Party Committee of Quang Trach district proposed orientation and task in 2009. Concretely, to continue to thoroughly grasp and deploy the implementation of Resolutions adopted by the Party Congress at all levels; incessantly improve the leading capacity, the spirit of fight of the Party organization and professional qualification of the cadres and Party members; build the wholesome and strong party committee; strive to admit 4-5% of new members to the Party organization; actively fight against corruption and wastefulness; well implement the following steps of the Campaign "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh".

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Quang Trach district awarded to 15 collectives and 13 individuals who obtained excellent achievements in the Party-building work in 2008 and 6 collectives and 5 individuals for their brilliant achievements through two years of implementing the Campaign "Studying and following the moral example of Ho Chi Minh".
