4th Traditional Women's Volleyball Cup 2008 kicked off
(Quang Binh Website) - In the framework of activities to welcome the 5th anniversary of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park recorded as a World Natural Heritage and the 2nd Dong Hoi City Cultural Weekend 2008, the Dong Hoi city People's Committee held an opening ceremony of the 4th Traditional Women's Volleyball Cup 2008 in the morning of July 22 2008 at the Sporting Event Hall of the Department of Culture - Sport - Tourism.
Attending the ceremony were Mr. Bui Xuan Ngau, Vice-chairperson of the Dong Hoi city People's Committee and related departments and branches.
Participating in the 4th Traditional Women's Volleyball Cup 2008 had 10 teams with more than 150 sportswomen coming from communes and wards of Dong Son, Duc Ninh, Dong Phu, Loc Ninh, Hai Dinh, Bac Ly, Duc Ninh Dong, Quang Phu and Bac Nghia…
The tournament will be taken place in three days from July 22 to July 24 2008.
