At the working, Chairman Phan Lam Phuong expressed his pleasures to welcome Ambassador's visit to Quang Binh and believed that after this visit, the relation between two countries in general and between Algeria and Quang Binh in particular will be further boosted. Concurrently, Chairman Phuong also introduced about socio-economic situation, natural condition, potentials and strengths of the province.

With its potentials and strengths of agricultural production, building materials production and tourism, the province hopes to strengthen export and boost cooperation and investment with Algeria in the forthcoming time, said Chairman Phan Lam Phuong.

Ambassador Naceur Boucherit also stated his visit's goal to Quang Binh that he wanted to learn about the province's socio-economic situation and the documentation about biography and revolutionary career of General Vo Nguyen Giap. He highly evaluated the effects of the patriotic war of Vietnamese people, especially the role of General Vo Nguyen Giap to the country and Algerian people and stressed a good cooperative relationship between Vietnam and Algeria in the past time.

In the tendency of integration and development, two countries should concretize political relation through economic cooperation. In the coming time, the establishment of economic relation with Quang Binh province will be proposed in the Joint Government Affairs Committee Meeting between Vietnam and Algeria in order to further boost the cooperation between two countries, Ambassador Naceur Boucherit said.
