A meeting to approve the detail planning on construction of Northern Dong Hoi Industrial Park
The Northern Dong Hoi Industrial Park is located in Thuan Duc commune (Dong Hoi City) and Ly Trach commune (Bo Trach district). It borders National Highway No.1A on the east, 350m far from Ly Trach commune (Bo Trach district) on the north, Phan Dinh Phung Street on the south and the pine forest area between two communes of Ly Trach and Thuan Duc on the west. Under the plan, the Northern Dong Hoi Industrial Park has its scale of 134,95 hectares with the total invested capital of more than VND93 billion.

The planning report also took measures to solve some issues relating to transport, water supply and environmental effect appraisal when beginning construction of the industrial park and put forward suggestions and petitions in order to ensure the essential requirements in the implementation of the planning of industrial park.
At the meeting, Standing Vice-chairman Nguyen Huu Hoai asked related units to collect the ideas to supplement and complete the planning. Vice-chairman Hoai underlined that the planning should ensure ecological conditions and natural environment, avoiding the bad effects to the social life of workers in the industrial park and local people in the surrounding areas.
