Nearly VND11.4 billion to present Tet gifts to the poor
(Quang Binh Website) - According to the Department of Labour, War Invalid and Social Affairs, 49,386 Tet gifts worth VND11,391,590,000 have been handed over to policy families and difficult households in the province.
It is known that this donation is supported by the State President, the Provincial People's Committee, localities, organizations and units.
Of which, 29,380 gifts worth over VND06 billion come from State President; 11,731 gifts worth nearly VND3 billion from the People's Committee of districts and city; 3,400 gifts worth VND980 million from the Front at all levels; 2,350 gifts worth VND600 million from the Red Cross Society at all levels and 2,481 gifts worth VND830.5 million from organizations and units.
