Delegation of the Republic of Ireland to visit and work in Quang Binh province
Receiving and working with the delegation were Mr. Tran Tien Dung, Vice Chairman of the Quang Binh People's Committee; representatives of the Quang Binh People's Committee Office and leaders of related agencies.

At the talks, Mrs. Mags Gaynor said that the visit aimed learning about the implementation of the project on promoting development of small enterprises by persons with disabilities in Quang Binh province for first phase.
The main objectives of the project are to increase development of small enterprises providing employment opportunities for people with disabilities; strengthen the capacity of persons with disabilities to start up, manage and expand small enterprises; improve the policy environment to enable development of small enterprises of persons with disabilities, Mrs. Mags Gaynor stressed.
Once being operational, the project will facilitate the economic integration of hundreds of persons with disabilities in Quang Binh.
Speaking at the talks, Vice Chairman Tran Tien Dung expressed his pleasures to the working trip of Irish delegation to Quang Binh province and highly valued cooperation and investment of Irish government in Quang Binh, especially the project on promoting development of small enterprises by persons with disabilities in Quang Binh province.
This is a meaningful project for persons with disabilities in particular and Quang Binh in general, contributing to the province's socio-economic development, Vice Chairman highlighted.
Through this visit, Vice Chairman hoped that the project will be quickly put into operation to help persons with disabilities in Quang Binh integrate into the community and resume their life.
