Over 1,126 million VND supported for training human resources in 2016

(Quang Binh Portal) - According to information from the Provincial Association for Enterprises, over the past time, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have had remarkable contributions to economic development of the province, contributing nearly 40% of domestic products and solving new jobs for hundreds of laborers, helping poverty alleviation and strengthening social security in localities.

With these great contributions, the province has carried out measures to create conditions for SMEs to develop their production and business, particularly support on training human resources.

In 2015, the province organized 20 training courses on human resources for SMEs with the participation of 1.063 trainees. The training courses focuse on providing necessary information on system of general law of the enterprises; awareness of business and ideals for business; issues relating to market; financial management and other professional skills.

In order to continue improving quality of human resources for SMEs, the Provincial People's Committee on September 24 approved the Plan No.1141/KH-UBND supporting for training human resources for SMEs in 2016.

Accordingly, it is expected to organize 18 training courses on human resources for SMEs. The fields given top priority include manufacturing, garment, leather, electronics, telecommunications and information technology, software technology, handicafts and others.

Total expenditures for support on training human resources for SMEs are estimated at over 1,126 million VND.

The opening of training courses on human resources for SMEs will help enterprises have a thorough grasp of business management in market economy, provide knowledge and experience in administration of human resources, thus helping the managers have a comprehensive view to the development of enterprises.
