Removal of the Jury of the People's Court of Quang Tri province for violating criminal law
The Provincial People's Council dismissed the Tran Van Ty People's Court for the 2021-2026 term for violating the law.

On October 28, at the 3rd session of the 8th term of the People's Council of Quang Tri province, a resolution was passed to dismiss Mr. Tran Van Ty, born in 1965, from the Provincial People's Court for the 2021-2026 term for violating criminal law.
After the delegates held a vote, 100% of the delegates agreed with the dismissal of Mr. Tran Van Ty from the position of Provincial People's Court Jury.
The delegates also passed a resolution to dismiss Tran Van Ty from the Jury of the People's Court of Quang Tri province for the 2021-2026 term.
The Resolution takes effect from October 28, 2025.
