Viet Nam Labor Union and Viettel Telecoms Company donate VND 400 million to flood-hit victims in Quang Binh
Attending the receiving ceremony, there was Standing Vice-chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Pham Thi Bich Lua together with directors of relative departments and branches.
In order to share difficulties and losses with flood-hit victims of the Storm No.5, Vice-chairman of the Viet Nam Labor Union Nguyen Thi Thu Hong provided with VND 300 million in relief aid to help flood-hit people rebuild their houses, resume their normal life and production as soon as possible. Known that above money was extracted from salary of the whole staffs of the Ho Chi Minh City Union and a part from the welfare Fund of the Viet Nam Labor Union. This is a spiritual gift and an essential support to help flood-hit people quickly overcome difficulties and stabilize their life.
On this occasion, Deputy managing director of the Viettel Telecoms Company donated VND 100 million to support for people in flood-hit areas.
On behalf of the provincial leader, Vice-chairman Pham Thi Bich Lua received above donations and expressed her thanks to the Viet Nam Labor Union and the Viettel Telecoms Company and promised that the provincial leader will give this relief aid to flood-hit people.
