At the meeting, delegates heard the report of representative of the State Bank - Quang Binh Branch on some supporting policies of interest rate; the report of the Bank for Development - Quang Binh Branch on some policies of credit guarantee; the report of Provincial Tariff Bureau on some measures to implement the policy of promoting investment and consumption, preventing economic downturn, solving difficulties for enterprises; the report of the Custom Bureau on some import-export policies; the report of the Department of Finance on some main contents to converse the state enterprise into the joint-stock company or the one-member limited company; the plan on the implementation of unemployment guarantee policy.
The meeting also spent much time to discuss about urgent measures to promote investment and consumption, prevent economic downturn, solve difficulties for enterprises so as to implement Resolution No.30/2008/NQ-CP of the Government effectively.

Giving a closing speech at the meeting, Province Vice-chairman Nguyen Dang also asked districts and city to urgently deploy Resolution No.30/2008/NQ-CP of the Government to the enterprises under the management of district and city; provincial enterprises to fully grasp the government's policy of promoting investment and consumption, preventing economic downturn; the agencies, such as tariff, banking, custom..., to quickly deal with procedures for the enterprises and regularly have talks with the enterprises to timely solve difficulties; related department to supply documents to update information to the Quang Binh Portal.
