At the ceremony, representative of the Plan Organization in Vietnam donated more than VND1.2 billion; the Hoang Hai Trade Joint-stock Company granted more than VND106 million to flood victims in Quang Binh, contributing to help them overcome difficulties and promptly resume their life.

This is the third time the Plan Organization in Vietnam has donated to flood victims. Under the plan, the Plan Organization in Vietnam and the Hoang Hai Trade Joint-stock Company will pay a visit and present gifts to flood hit people in the communes of Tan Hoa, Minh Hoa, Quy Hoa and Thuong Hoa (Minh Hoa district); Thach Hoa and Chau Hoa (Tuyen Hoa); Quang Hoa and Phu Hoa (Quang Trach); Quang Phuc and Quang Tho (Quang Trach).
