Tho Linh communal house recognized as a provincial-level historical relic
Accordingly, some regulations are set to protect historical relic of Tho Linh communal house, such as prohibition of construction in the protected areas. In case of using land in the relic area, the agreement must be put down in writing by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
In order to effectively manage and exploit this historical relic, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the People's Committees of Ba Don town and Quang Son commune, and the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism to implement state management for Tho Linh communal house as stipulated by the law.
Ba Don town is projected in the key economic area of the North Quang Binh region with a convenient geographic location, therefore, the recognition of Tho Linh communal house as a provincial-level relic will contribute to protecting landscapes, environment and tourism development for the province.
