Tour "Discovering Vom and Gieng Vooc caves" welcomed 231 tourists

(Quang Binh Portal) - According to information from the Management Board of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park, after nearly 08 months of continuing to exploit the trial tourism product "Discovering Vom and Gieng Vooc caves", the tour cooperated by the Management Board and Viet Hung Trade and Tourism Co., Ltd welcomed 231 visitors with a turnover of over VND 440 million, including 02 days and 01 nights tour welcomed 16 visitors and one-day tour welcomed 215 visitors.
After visiting the tour "Discovering Vom and Gieng Vooc caves", tourists have highly appreciated and quite satisfied with this tourism product. In particular, journalists, bloggers and many tourists have posted and shared photos of tourism products on social networking websites to create a spillover effect, contributing to the promotion of tourism routes.

This tourism route has beautiful natural landscapes and high biodiversity. Although the tourism product has just been put into trial operation, it has brought about remarkable results in creating conditions for local people to have stable jobs and increase revenues for the State budget to serve economic social - economic development. On the other hand, activities to serving tourists have improved tourism service skills, knowledge and awareness of the value of the World Natural Heritage, contributing to enlighten awareness of environmental protection, natural resources.

Reportedly, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to allow the Management Board of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park cooperate with Viet Hung Trade and Tourism Co., Ltd. to continue exploiting the tourism product "Discovering Vom and Gieng Vooc caves" until December 31, 2019.
