Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee allowed the Management Board of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park to associate with Viet Hung Trade and Tourism Co., Ltd to continue exploiting the trial tourism product Hang Vom – Gieng Voc until May 31, 2021. After finishing the experimental exploitation period, the Management Board of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park reported the results to the Provincial People's Committee and cooperated with relevant departments, and agencies to complete the documents and procedures according to regulations to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for approving official exploitation.

The Provincial People's Committee adjusted the temporary collection fee of one-day sightseeing route Phong Nha Center - Gieng Vooc - Hang Cau Chay - Phong Nha Center from 200,000 VND to 120,000 VND. Viet Hung Trade and Tourism Co., Ltd is responsible for building the plan to ensure safety for tourists in accordance with the Government's Decree 168/2017/ND-CP dated on December 31, 2017 regulating some articles of the Tourism Law in details to submit to the Department of Tourism before continuing experimental exploitation; formulating a plan on the selling price of tourism programs to report to the Department of Tourism, the Department of Finance and the Management Board of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park before continuing experimental exploitation.

Besides, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Management Board of Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park to chair and coordinate with the Department of Tourism, relevant departments, agencies, units and localities to supervise the experimental exploitation for this tourism product to ensure security and order, keep the landscape and ecological environment; assigned the Department of Finance to guide the Management Board Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park and the exploiting unit to collect and pay fees and services.

In addition to the contents mentioned above, the remaining contents comply with Official Letter No.778/UBND-KGVX of the Provincial People's Committee dated on May 28, 2019 on permitting to continue exploiting the trial tourism product Hang Vom - Gieng Vooc.
