 Department of Education and Training of Quang Binh works with a delegation from Department of Education and Sport of Khammouane province (Laos)

During the past time, with the policy of development of education cooperation between Quang Binh and Khammouane, the two provinces have strengthened many mutual exchange in education.

At present, many students from Khammouane province are studying at Quang Binh University; Quang Binh province has also given Khammouane province the Quang Binh - Khammouane Friendly School, worth over 10 billion dongs at Thakhek town.

In early 2015, Quang Binh province has donated 3 billion dongs to Khammouane province to build the vocational technical school. Annually, Quang Binh has also assigned teachers to train students in Khammouane province.

At the meeting, representative of the Quang Binh Provincial Department of Education and Training briefly reported on development of the education and training sector of Quang Binh and affirmed that Quang Binh highly valued cooperative relation with Khammouane province in education and training.

In the forthcoming time, the Quang Binh Provincial Department of Education and Training will pay a courtesy visit and work with the Khammouane Provincial Department of Education and Sport to discuss on construction of an education center in Khammouane; appoint the cadres and teachers to teach Vietnamese for Lao sutudents in Khammounae province; strengthen cooperation in professional training and create the best conditions for Lao students to study in Quang Binh province, contributing to boosting the friendly relation and diversifying the forms of education between the two provinces of Quang Binh and Khammouane.
