Distribute 1,750 tonnes of rice during the between-crop period of 2013
(Quang Binh Website) - The Provincial People's Committee has approved Decision No.895/QD-UBND on distributing 1,750 tonnes of rice from the government to support poor people during the between-crop period of 2013.
Accordingly, the donation of rice will be allocated to seven districts and city of the province. Concretely, Le Thuy district will be provided with 350 tonnes, Quang Trach district 350 tonnes, Bo Trach district 300 tonnes, Minh Hoa district 300 tonnes, Tuyen Hoa district 300 tonnes, Quang Ninh district 100 tonnes and Dong Hoi city 50 tonnes.
The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate with the State Reserve Department of Binh Tri Thien Area and the People's Committees of districts and city to use the rice wisely and quickly distribute the rice to needy people.
