3. Bao Ninh ecological tourism area

5. Dong Hoi 4-5 star hotel
6. Project of exploiting Phong Nha - Ke Bang, Son Doong Cave and Phong Nha - Ke Bang
7. Da Nhay - Ba Trai tourism complex
8. Hai Ninh Golf course
9. Bao Ninh - Hai Ninh high quality tourism area
10. Quang Trach II thermoelectric plant (1200 MW)
11. Quang Binh 1 wind power plant
12. Wastewater treatment plant in North West Dong Hoi industrial park
13. MDF wood manufacturing factory
14. Beer, wine and soft drinks manufacturing factory
15. Textile export manufacturing factory
16. Project of building garment export factories
17. Project of building Hon La seaport allowing the circulation of 50,000 ton ships and oil pipeline system to Laos.
