Incense-offering ceremony to mark 410th anniversary of the establishment of Quang Binh province

(Quang Binh Website) - On the occasion of 410th anniversary of the establishment of Quang Binh province, provincial leaders this morning held a ceremony to offer incense and lay flower wreath at the Ba Doc Martyrs’ Cemetery (Ly Trach commune, Bo Trach district).

Present at the event were Mr. Luong Ngoc Binh, Secretary of of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Hoang Dang Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; members of the Standing Commiitee of the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, National Assembly Delegation and Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee together with representatives of departments and branches, among others.


Leaders observe a minute of silence in tribute to heroic martyrs

At the ceremony, provincial leaders rang the bell, laid a wreath, offered incense and observed a minute of silence in tribute to heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the cause of independence and liberation of their motherland.

After that, provincial leaders and others burnt incense at martyrs’ tombs to express their gratitute.
