In order to attract tourists, especially international arrivals to the heritage site, in the past time, the Management Board of the Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park has strengthened popularisation and introduction on tourism products and services on television channels and magazines at home and abroad; promoted popularisation on Youtube and Google Plus; set up system of website administration and social network on Google Analytics and Webmaster, aiming to optimize the search; actively linked with the website of domestic travel companies to popularise and introduce tourism products.

Besides, the Management Board has also paid attention to diversifying tourism products and services; organized the 2017 Lunar New Year village fair to attract a large number of local people and visitors, making a good impression on visitors, especially foreign visitors.

In order to lure visitors in the peak tourist season of 2017, the Management Board continues taking solutions to improve quality of existing tourism products, put into operation of the Sinh Ton Valley - Dark Cave route, Hamada Valley - Tra Ang Cave route, Phong Nha route - ethnic minority village; expand Mooc Water Sping ecotourism site, link Zipline service with Chay Rive - Dark Cave route; closely coordinate with local authorities of the communes in the buffer zone to develop community-based tourism models such as Homestay, Farmstay, etc.

In addition, the Board will continue renovating management mechanism of tourism services and strengthening infrastructure investment to improve quality of services and tourist sites; furthering invesmtent promotion and calling for investment from domestic and foreign enterprises to improve quality of services and extend the vistors's stay to Phong Nha - Ke Bang National Park.
