Gala dinner congratulates contestants of Miss Grand International 2017
The event was attended by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and Provincial Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee.
On the side of the contest organising board, there were Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil, President of the Miss Grand International 2017, Miss Ariska Putri Periwi and 76 contestants of the Miss Grand International 2017.
The night offered candidates for the Miss Grand International 2017 beauty real chance to exchange with one another and show off their beauty.
At the gala dinner, Mr. Nawat Itsaragrisil and Miss Ariska Putri Periwi delivered the speeches to send the message of this year’s contest named “Ending war and violence”.
Speaking at the gala dinner, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huu Hoai thanked the contest organising board for selection of Quang Binh province to host the traditional national costume. Chairman also congratulated all contestants from 76 countries competing at the Miss Grand International 2017.
Miss Grand International is currently among the 5 major beauty pageants in the world. Organized for the first time in 2013 in Thailand, the beauty pageant has now become the 3rd largest beauty contests, after Miss Universe (since 1952) and Miss World (since 1951).
