Provincial Military Command to hand over house of gratitude to beneficiary families

(Quang Binh Website) - The Provincial Military Command has recently handed over three houses of gratitude to beneficiary families, namely Dinh Thi Suc, mother of martyr Dinh Lam Toi in Hoa Hop commune, Minh Hoa district; Pham Thi Dien, mother of martyr Dinh Xuan Dong in Kim Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district and sick soldier Pham Chinh Nghia in Huong Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district.

The expense to build above houses was extracted from "Paying debt of gratitude" Fund which was mobilized by all officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces. Besides, local authority also encouraged local people in contribution of hundreds of working days to accelerate the progress of building, striving to complete the projects on occasion of the 62nd War Invalids and Martyrs Day. This was a meaningful activity to express the gratitude and responsibility of officers and soldiers of the provincial armed forces as well as local authority and people in order to help beneficiary families overcome difficulties and quickly resume their life.

In the past time, it was known that the provincial Military Command carried out to build 12 houses of gratitude to beneficiaries, of which eight houses were given to the families, four remaining houses will be expected to hand over on occasion of the 65th anniversary of the Vietnamese People’s Army.
