Government provides 3,000 tons of rice for Quang Binh to repair the consequences
Accordingly, the Prime Minister extracted 26,165 tons of rice from the National Reserve to help flood-hit localities repair the consequences, of which 3,000 tons of rice is given to Quang Binh province.
The Prime Minister entrusted the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to have the responsibility for management and distribution of above relief aid; concurrently take the initiative in using the local budget and mobilizing other legal financial sources according to the regulations to repair the consequences caused by the flood.
The Prime Minister also asked the Ministry of Finance to preside over and coordinate with the related Ministries and departments to inspect the use of expense and food provided by the Central in each locality and notify to the Prime Minister.
