The Trade Center and Office Building Project is built in the middle of the Huu Nghi trade center and residential area (Dong Hoi city) and is invested by the Civil Engineering Construction Joint-stock Company No.525. The trade center area has an area of 21,786 square meters. This is a modern trade center area, including: a ground for organizing the events and popularizing the products; amusement park for children; square; parking area and a five-floor supermarket.

Overview of the Trade Center and Office Building Project

The Office Building Project has the total area of 3,992 square meters, including: parking area, tennis court and a twelve-floor high building for services, showroom, office for rent, room for workshop and contract sign.

The meeting spent much time to listen the contributions of the departments and branches, in which focusing on the design of the Civil Engineering Construction Joint-stock Company No.525, construction area, the progress of the project and so on.

Addressing the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Phan Lam Phuong applauded the investor in overcoming the difficulties to implement the Trade Center and Office Building Project. This is the project under the master plan for the Huu Nghi trade center and residential area, approved by the Provincial People’s Committee. He asked the investor to adjust and design the project according to the master plan and geographical situation. On the other hand, the investor should co-ordinate with the related departments and branches to complete the necessary procedures and begin construction of the trade center area in 2008.
