Offering incense and laying a wreath at the Ba Doc martyrs' cemetery on occasion of 64th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army Day
(Quang Binh Website) - In the morning of December 22 2008, members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Standing People's Council, People's Committee and Provincial Committee for Vietnamese Fatherland Front together with leaders of province-level departments and branches offered incense and laid a wreath at the Ba Doc martyrs' cemetery on occasion of the 64th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Army Day and the All People Defence Festival (December 22).
After a minute’s silence in memory of heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and liberation of the Fatherland, the provincial leaders burnt incense at tombs and laid a wreath in commemoration of heroic martyrs.
