Provincial People's Committee grants Certificate of merit to rescuers for their excellent achievements in the sinking boat case in Quang Hai commune
(Quang Binh Website) - The Provincial People's Committee has recently approved Decision No.200/QD-UBND on granting Certificate of merit to members who joined in rescuing victims of the ferry accident in Quang Hai commune, Quang Trach district on January 25, the last day of the Year of the Rat.
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee granted Certificate of merit to five individuals, namely Mai Van Luyen (Dong Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district), Tran Quoc Thang (Thach Hoa commune, Tuyen Hoa district), Cao Ngoc Dung, Cao Xuan Hao and Cao Xuan Tiep (Quang Hai commune, Quang Trach district) who gained excellent achievements in rescuing 35 passengers of the ferry accident in Quang Hai commune; the Certificate of merit to three collectives and 31 individuals who gained excellent achievements in searching, rescuing and burying the body of victims of the ferry accident in Quang Hai commune on January 25.
