Promulgation of detailed master plan for building site of late President Ho Chi Minh's statue
The detailed master plan for building site of late President Ho Chi Minh's statue was approved by Decision No.2937/QD-UBND dated December 6 2007. Accordingly, the detailed master plan for building the statue is 20.17 hectares in area and is 20 meters far from the stadium's grand stand on the east. The visibility from the statue's center to the center of Hung Vuong Street is 129.6 meters. Behind the back and around the leg of the statue is planted a green grass cover. The stadium, the head office of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and related head offices are moved to form high or low hills and plant ancient trees. After promulgating the detailed master plan for building site of late President Ho Chi Minh's statue, the Department of Construction will coordinated with the People's Committee of Dong Hoi City to public the master plan and plant landmark for organizations and individuals to implement.
