The GDP growth rate achieved 9.7% (yearly plan: 11%, same period: 11.3%); value of service sectors increased by 10.2%; industry production rose by 18.4%; agro, forestry and fishery production by 5.2%; rate of poor households reduced by 17.87%. Socio-economic fields have had many positive changes. National defence and security, social safety and order have been upheld. The people's life has been stabilized and improved step by step.
