Quang Binh Economic Zone Management Board is a unit directly under the People's Committee of Quang Binh province. It supports the provincial people’s committee to make an agreement to unify the state administrative management with Quang Binh Industrial Zones and solve the generated problems in the process of activating mechanism, policies stipulated in the state decision number 36/CP in 24/4/1997.

Addressing the ceremony, Chairman Phan Lam Phuong underlined that the establishment and promulgation of operation regulations of Quang Binh Economic Zone will make a breakthrough for Quang Binh to accelerate socio-economic growth rate and quickly bring the province to escape the poverty. In forthcomings time, Chairman Phuong asked Quang Binh Economic Zone Management Board to focus on implementing some key tasks like arrangement of management apparatus, site clearance, work of resettlement in economic zones and industrial zones, promoting work of propaganda and investment promotion... in order to create favorable conditions for foreign and domestic enterprises, economic groups, organizations and individuals to invest in Quang Binh. He ordered all authorities and organizations to enhance the spirit of responsibility and create all favorable conditions for Quang Binh Economic Zone Management Board to develop incessantly, meeting to the demand for socio-economic development, national defence and security of the province.

Granting Certificate of Investment to investors

On this occasion, Mr Le Quang Chien, Deputy Chief of Quang Binh Industrial Zone Management Board granted Certificate of Investment to five investors, namely: Vietnam Construction and Materials Limited Company, Truong Thinh General Construction Limited Company, Quang Binh Young Enterprise Joint-stock Company, Dong Hung Joint-stock Company and Dong Tam Construction and Building Materials Manufacturing Joint-stock Company.
