Immediately after coming to Quang Binh, Vice State President Nguyen Thi Doan had a working session with leaders of Hung Thuy commune, Le Thuy district. She praised the efforts made by the Party, government and people of Hung Thuy commune about socio-economic development and social security. She highlighted that the commune should strengthen the Party's leadership, bring into full play potentials and internal forces to promote socio-economic development; shift economic structure towards development of industry, trade and services, decreasing ratio of agriculture.

At the same day, Vice State President and her delegation paid a working session with Quang Phu commune, Quang Trach district. She highly evaluated the results that Quang Phu commune obtained in socio-economic development, poverty alleviation and healthcare.

In the coming time, she asked the commune should bring into full play strengths of organizations and unions to effectively implement the movement on building new rural areas; eliminate hunger and reduce poverty; create favorable conditions to develop education and train human resources.
