Concretely, the Hon La ecotourism area project, invested by the Viet Dung Limited Liability Company, has an area of 30 hectares with an investment capital of VND 250 billion; the service area for production and business of construction equipment, invested by the Hung Cuong Company.Ltd, has an area of 0.4 hectares with investment capital of VND6.3 billion; the industrial equipment factory, invested by Phuoc Phong Company. Ltd, has an area of 3.5 hectares with investment capital of VND50 billion; the lightweight brick factory, invested by the Viet Nam Tien Company.Ltd, has an area of 2.5 hectares with an investment capital of VND25 billion.

Hon La Economic Zone has a capacity of acommodating vessels of 10.000 DWT

It is known that Hon La Economic Zone has now 20 investment projects with a total registered capital of approximately VND43,000 billion, of which 7 projects have been put into operation.

In the future, the Management Board of Hon La Economic Zone will continue to speed up investment promotion through a series of activities such as production of documentary films, printing journals to introduce and publicize on the media; organization of visiting groups to exchange information and learn experience from neighboring provinces; participation in foreign and domestic conferences on investment promotion to introduce the potentials and strengths as well as investment policies of the province, contributing to attracting foreign and domestic enterprises to Hon La economic zone in particular and Quang Binh in general.
