Famtrip delegation of Vietnam Tourism Association takes a photograph as a souvenir

The delegation’ visit was in the framework of a program surveying and building tourism products in North Central region 2016 hosted by the EU-funded project “Environmentally and Socially Responsible Tourism Capacity Development Programme” (EU project - ESRT) in collaboration with the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism.

The program was conducted between May 23rd – 28th in four provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Quang Binh with a participation of 30 travel agencies from Hanoi, Danang, Ho Chi Minh city and Khanh Hoa together with some central and local press agencies.

In Quang Binh, the delegation carried out surveys to destinations such as Thien Duong Cave, Chay river - Dark cave, General Vo Nguyen Giap's commemorative house, Hoang Phuc pagoda...

Through the surveys, it aimed to evaluate real situation of destinations as well as tourism products of the province, helping build a program to link tourism in the North Central region with famous tourism destinations inside and outside the country.

Workshop entitled "Build tourism products in four North Central provinces"

In the framework of the program, the Famtrip delegation of the Vietnam Tourism Association attended a workshop entitled "Build tourism products in four North Central provinces (Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Quang Binh)", host by the Department of Culture, Sport and Tourism in coordination with the Quang Binh Tourism Association.
