Perspective of five-star hotel of FLC Quang Binh Luxury Hotel

Some big projects are currently implementing in the province, including FLC luxury resort complex, Hai Ninh ecological villas, SunSpa - Yen Island Resort, PullMan five-star hotel, etc.

In order to improve investment environment, especially in tourism sector, in the past time, Quang Binh province has created all favorable conditions for investors to quickly conduct, complete construction and put the projects into operation; issued some incentive policies to support investors at the maximum level in accordance with the regulations of law on tax and land; provided a financial support for the training of the local laborers, building technical infrastructure outside the fence of the projects, the industrial parks, export processing zones, economic zones; gave a investment support for accommodations and restaurants in the province; revoked certificate of investment for the projects which were delayed in progress.
