Quang Binh: biggest trans-border drug trafficking ring busted
The border guard force in the central province of Quang Binh has busted a trans-border drug trafficking ring, arresting two Lao suspects and seizing 100,000 meth tablets.

This is the biggest drug trafficking case that has been detected in the Vietnam-Laos border line in Quang Binh.
The Lao nationals, from Laos’ Khamuane and Savannakhet provices, were arrested on October 10 in Da Hoa commune, Minh Hoa district of Quang Binh, while carrying the drug.
The duo confessed that they were trafficking the drug from Laos to Vietnam for sale.
The case is under further investigation.
